Alexander Technique with Ada Hajaj

Ada is a Certified Alexander Technique Teacher, M.AmSAT (American Society for the Alexander Technique). She trained with Shmuel Nelken at The Jerusalem School for Alexander Technique and graduated in 1998. Ada has a special interest working with tech professionals having pain and tension stemming from prolonged computer use and sedentary work. Her own successful rehabilitation from a botched knee surgery is the best demonstration of the transformative power of the Alexander work.
